About Us
The AT&T Pioneer eShoppe is an e-commerce storefront for the Pioneer Shoppe, 909 Chestnut Street Lobby in St. Louis, Missouri. The eShoppe website is hosted by Yahoo! Store. The Pioneer Shoppe is an AT&T employee store operated by the Missouri Chapter of the AT&T Pioneers. The Pioneer Shoppe had been looking to expand their "bricks and mortar" store in St. Louis online for awhile and Yahoo! Store provides a cost effective way to put up a online storefront. All profits from the Pioneer Shoppe and the Pioneer eShoppe web site go to support the community service activities of
the AT&T Pioneers.
If you can't find what you are looking for, just let us know. In
a number of cases, we can order in small quantities at great prices. If your group is looking for a unique item, we'll put you in touch with one of our local vendors who will contact you and help you find an item
at the lowest cost. We're open for suggestions on new items to carry in the shoppe or online. Your suggestions are very important and will be reviewed and if the item sounds
interesting, we'll order it and see how it sells. If it doesn't sell very well, we'll eventually discount the item and won't order it again.

How to Shop
Begin Shopping:
Begin by choosing
a category "AT&T Logo Merchandise, Telephones & Accessories or Online Catalog"
from the navigation bar. Then select a department link from the category
page. You can also use the Search link on the left navigation bar to find a product.
Once you select
a department, you will see small images of the available products in each
department. To view a larger image of the product and a detailed description
of the product, click on the image or product name. Feel free to continue
to shop or browse throughout the site until you are ready to make your product
selection and
check out.
Select An Item:
Select an item
by clicking on it. You can view a detailed description and a larger image
of the selected product by just clicking on the image or the item. Each department
page and product page provides pricing.
Manage
the Cart:
To add an item to your shopping
cart - select the desired size and color and then click the "Add
to Cart" button.
Once you've added an item to your cart, you can change
the quantity, continue shopping or checkout from the shopping cart page.
To change an item in your shopping cart - click on the
product name and you will return to the item page from the shopping cart.
You can then update the color or size by clicking on add to cart again. You can also increase the quantity of the item from the shopping cart page by changing the number in the quantity box and click on the update quantity button.
To remove an item from your shopping cart - click on
the remove link on the shopping cart page.
To check
on what's in your shopping cart - click on Shopping Cart button
on the navigation bar.
Checking Out:
Once you've finished
shopping, click on the "Checkout" button from the Shopping Cart page and
you will enter the checkout process so that we can process, ship and bill
your order. All of your order information is completely secure.
The checkout process
consists of four simple steps - shipping, payment, review and confirmation.
Once you enter the checkout process, you will enter a secure environment.
At the top of each page of the checkout process, the step you are in will
be
highlighted. Your order will
be displayed on the right hand side of the checkout page as you step through
each of the four steps of the checkout process. At the bottom of each page,
you will also have the opportunity to cancel your order should you change
your mind.
Step 1: Shipping - You will
be asked for the shipping address of where you would like your merchandise
shipped.
Step 2: Payment - You will
be prompted for your credit card information, your
billing address and e-mail address.
Step 3: Review - On the review
page, you are given one more chance to go over your order and make certain
that your shipping, billing, email address and credit card information is
correct. Once you click on the "Send Order" button, your order has been sent
for processing.
Step 4: Confirmation - The final page
will be your order confirmation page. Your order number is prominently displayed
on this page. We encourage you to print a copy of this page for your records.
The order number provided on this page is the number that you will need to
check on your order status.

Order
Online:
AT&T Pioneer eShoppe is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days
a year. To add items to your shopping bag click the button next to any
product.
You can always remove the item or change your order at any time. View the
contents of your shopping cart by clicking on the button. For the ultimate
shopping experience,
make sure you set your browser preferences to accept cookies. When you
are finished shopping, click the button for easy-to-follow instructions
on how
to proceed through a safe and secure check out.
Sales
Tax
AT&T Pioneer eShoppe charges sales tax on all orders that we ship. All applicable
state and local sales taxes will appear on-screen on the order review page
during the checkout process. Shipping charges are not taxable.
Order
Status
Orders will be shipped within two (2) business days after checkout. We ship Monday
through Friday (excluding holidays). After Step 4 of 4, a screen will appear
stating that your order has been processed and it will provide you with an
order reference number. Please note your reference number. When your order
ships, you will receive an e-mail confirmation. It will contain an order number
and the package tracking ID or delivery confirmation number.
Can I order by phone instead of over the Internet?
No. We can only accept your order online or via fax at this time.
Can I order by fax instead of over the Internet?
To order by fax, shop the website and add the selected items to your shopping cart. Once you have finished shopping, proceed through checkout, print the order form out and then hit cancel button. Then fax the order to our Fax order line at 314-331-1886. If you do not wish to fax your credit card information, conceal the numbers and we will call you back to obtain your billing information.

Your credit card will be charged when your order is filled and prepared for shipping.

I cancel or change my order?
If you'd like to cancel or change your AT&T Pioneer eShoppe order, please call Ken at
314-235-4729 as soon as possible. We'll do everything we can to accommodate
your request. But please bear in mind that our order-fulfillment and shipping
systems are designed to get orders on their way quickly and efficiently. Therefore,
we cannot change or cancel an order once it has entered the shipping process.

You should receive
your order in ten business days. Most orders will be shipped within
five business days after checkout, pending credit card approval. We ship Monday
through Friday (excluding holidays). All orders will be shipped UPS Ground.
Sorry, at this
time, we are unable to process any orders from anywhere outside the Continental
U.S.

Charges are based upon the total price of your order and shipping method.
The shipping and handling charges for payphones are more because of their
weight. Pay phones weigh 51 pounds, so shipping charges are higher than normal orders and vary between $15.00 to $28.00 depending upon distance from our store in St. Louis.
